PRIVATE COACHING: $55.00 per session. Phone/Text or Video Sessions. (Video sessions via various mediums Face-Time and, or WhatsApp.) One weekly session - Daily texting: Morning agenda/motivation, mid-day or nightly. (Client choice.) One 45 min. phone conversation weekly. (Weekly Development Activities)(Phone sessions can be broken apart throughout the week. *Your 45 minutes can be used all at once usually at weeks end reviewing Development Activities.) As a bonus, clients receive a Highcaliberman.global email address. (example) david@highcaliberman.global.
Coaches work as equals using motivating strategies for the client to uncover the truth on their own. Coaching does not diagnose; it's a partnership, an agreement to work with the client to determine the main question(s) they want to explore. Coaches open up a lane for the client to arrive at their answers. Coaching is about listening and supporting, not judgment.
By tapping into the clients' abilities, they are built up to their highest level, making it easier for them to carry out their plans. Coaching motivates the client to develop and build on top of their potential. Active enquiring and posing thought-provoking questions help the client solve their problems. During this process, the client advances by exploring possibilities they might not be aware of or think of as options. It's all about empowering the client to make their own decisions. Coaching fosters the clients' ideas, motivating them to take action in their life or business on their terms.

PRIVATE CONSULTING: $250.00 per case.
Consultants work as experts, that are the authority in their field or fields. The client is given tools by the consultant that supports the client in moving forward and executing their plans. Consultants are; hired to diagnose a problem and make recommendations for the best course of action to overcome the said issue(s). Consultants teach the process or a method that helps resolve a particular challenge. You hire a consultant to provide direction, solutions that produce short-term answers to specific problems, in some cases long-lasting; clarity the client can draw from as they develop in their life or business.

30 DAY MENTORING PROGRAM: $500.00 base price per month. One month of mentoring includes open schedule for Phone/Text/Video sessions for the month.
This program also includes; the teaching of "THE DECADA" a ten-point empowerment program ($250.00), a copy of "A Guide. Income, placement, behavior, and time."($40.00) and a Highcaliberman.global email address. ($10.99) (Total extra value of $300.99)(This is by far the most popular with clients.)
Mentoring is a relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person guides a less experienced or less knowledgeable person with their goals, personal or professional. Mentoring is not consulting or coaching. It's being a role model, an example, or a template the mentee copies or follows and draws from the mentors' history of successes and failures, wisdom, and experiences and uses them as a compass and guidelines during present and future situations. When situations arise, the mentor challenges the mentee to think through the issues, using their mentors' history and experiences as a reference. Mentoring can be formal or informal; it could be a short-term or life-long relationship.

Protocol for Appointments
Your coach will give you contact and schedule information regarding your appointment. It is your responsibility to call/connect for your session; the session will begin and end at the scheduled time. There are no penalties for late connections besides less time allowed for your session. If you are late in connecting, you will still end at the scheduled time, as there is usually another client scheduled right after you. If you are unable; to make an appointment; you must give 24 hours notice via phone call, email or text.

I will ask powerful questions that will help you see the path you've been on and are currently on and the direction you want. You must pay in full when you register. All payments are secured using PayPal, Zelle. or CashApp. (Cryptocurrency is accepted.)
Active College Students under 25 may qualify for a reduced price, enquire for more information.
All single-parents paying for a child under the age of eighteen; also qualify for a reduced price.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
THE CLIENT MAY DISCONTINUE SERVICES AT ANY TIME. (Email or text.)
Coaching Payments are final/non-refundable.
Phone and Video Sessions: If you give 24 hours' notice, you can reschedule. (Email or text.)
In-Person Sessions: If you give a 48 hour notice, you may reschedule.

Coaching is about working as a partner, assisting in the actualization of your ideas and plans you set for your life. You'll be the one setting the agenda and only engaging in focused conversations to go ever deeper into your goals for your success. We will explore strategies and support structures that are needed to reach your goal. Together create a customized, systematic plan. We'll take a step-by-step approach to you getting closer to your ideas becoming a reality.
If you are prepared to engage in personal coaching sessions, this is how you get started:
First, identify a desire or goal that you want to work on in your coaching sessions.
Second, fill out the coaching, consulting, mentoring request form.
(This can be; accessed by clicking on the "Coaching Request Form" button at the bottom of this page.) The information provided; will be used to formulate an initial strategy for your coaching sessions.
All the information submitted is confidential.
In this form, you can choose the type of coaching you desire: Phone/ Text/ Video Coaching, Consulting or Mentoring. You are responsible for executing the assignments between sessions. You can book your Phone/ Video appointments at weekly intervals or bi-weekly (twice a week.)
Payment for the session is paid in full once you have been; accepted into the schedule.
